90 days on every job, in writing. If our work was the problem, the fix is free.
Every Apex Locksmith job carries a 90-day workmanship warranty. If something we cut, installed or programmed stops doing its job within 90 days and the cause is our work, we come back and correct it at no charge. You do not need the receipt in hand; we keep job records by phone number.
What is covered
Our labor, for 90 days
A key we cut that will not turn, a lock we installed that binds, a fob we programmed that the car stops recognizing: one call and we return to make it right, no second bill.
Hardware we supplied
Locks, cylinders and fobs we sold you carry the manufacturer warranty on top of our labor coverage. We handle the swap if a covered part fails.
Honest diagnosis
If the return visit shows the original work was fine and something else broke, we tell you exactly what we found before any new charge is discussed.
What is not covered
- ✕Physical damage after the job: a key bent in a stuck lock, a fob through the washing machine, a kicked-in door.
- ✕Hardware you supplied yourself. We will install customer-bought locks and fobs, but we cannot warranty parts we did not source.
- ✕Normal wear: fob batteries, worn key blades on high-mileage keys, weathered outdoor cylinders years down the line.
- ✕Work done on the locks by someone else after our visit.
How to claim
Call (469) 712-5422 (daily 8 AM to 8 PM), say it is a warranty follow-up, and give the phone number the job was booked under. The dispatcher pulls the record and schedules the return visit, usually the same or next day. Questions go to the owner if you ask; that line is real.
